Three 60-minute sessions per week.

Speed + Agility Training

Athletes that work off the field on movement techniques - working with purpose on foot speed, flipping hips and changing direction - develop and sustain big gains on the field.

 

Champions of Speed Training helps prevent in-season lower limb injuries while improving on-field performance, preparing you for the execution of skills.  This requires a consistent training regime of:

​

  • Foot, Ankle, Knee & Hip control techniques to help generate velocity and accuracy

  • Rotational power

  • Core and lower body strengthening and conditioning

  • Improves quickness of stick and footwork

  • Mitigates ACL injuries

​

This Speed + Agility trainig develops and enhances important Lacrosse Skills for each athlete that participates.

Scott Lancaster was an absolute "game changer" for Luke.   Scott worked w/ Luke on how to protect himself from a repeat injury. Scott worked on balance, acceleration and deceleration which simply made Luke stronger and FASTER. He now knows how to get his body at full speed much quicker and his running form is excellent.   Luke is having a terrific season and the work he did with Scott had him in great shape and well prepared for the season. We will continue to work with Scott because we believe that athletes benefit from a "tune up" and it will make him stronger and less likely to get injured."
