Our training is not “cookie cutter” type training. We customize a strength program that reflects the sport the athlete plays, their age, and specific weaknesses that need strengthening to protect their bodies. 


We avoid bulk building type workouts that prohibit the body from completely moving with fluidity in all directions.  Prohibiting the body to move with full range of movement prevents athletes from generating the power necessary to perform at an optimal level. Heavy weight training builds bulk and short burst of strength therefore producing overall slower movements with reduced force over an extended distance.  Sports such as lacrosse, soccer, field hockey, ice hockey, and specific positions in football require quick, dynamic, and powerful movements over extended distances and time.


Our focus is the improvement of free range of motion and the force applied to natural movement patterns. Our training emphasizes extended power and endurance throughout an entire game where it’s necessary to exert force continuously over varying distances.
